- Is it nicotine free?
- Yes. No nicotine and no tobacco. The pouch format comes from snus, the contents do not.
- Is it legal in Australia?
- Yes. It is a caffeinated food product sold to adults, 18+.
- How much caffeine is in one pouch?
- 50mg per pouch. 750mg per tin of 15.
- How long do I keep one in?
- Up to 15 minutes, then take it out and bin it. Do not chew. Do not swallow.
- How many can I have in a day?
- We recommend a maximum of six pouches, which is 300mg. The US FDA points to 400mg of caffeine a day for healthy adults, and the extra 100mg leaves room for the coffee, cola and chocolate people forget to count.
- Does it stain teeth?
- No.
